The useful number

There is no guaranteed monthly figure for a Bolt driver in Warsaw, Kraków or Wrocław. Calculate your result from actual trips, all deductions and all hours worked, including waiting and unpaid travel.

A practical weekly calculation

  1. Record completed rides, tips and bonuses shown in your driver account.
  2. Subtract the Bolt platform fee and any fleet partner fees shown in your agreement.
  3. Subtract fuel or charging, rental or the cost of your own car, insurance, servicing and cleaning.
  4. Account for taxes and contributions under your specific contract or business form.
  5. Divide the result by all working hours to compare different schedules fairly.

What changes between cities?

Demand, trip length, traffic and time spent without a passenger differ by place and hour. The same city can produce different outcomes for two drivers. Ask for a recent settlement example for your city, but treat it as an illustration, not a promise.

Before choosing a fleet partner

Ask for a written breakdown of platform fee, partner fee, vehicle costs, insurance, damage excess and payout timing. A percentage left after the platform fee is not take-home pay. Compare an owned car and rental over the same period.
